Consecration of St. Michael, the archangel

St. Archangel Michael, the glorious Prince of the heavenly host, defends us in the fight against the forces of darkness and its spiritual wickedness. Come to the aid of us who have been created by God and redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil. You are honored in the Church as its protector and guardian, and to You the Lord entrusted the souls that will one day occupy heavenly seats. Therefore, pray to the God of Peace to keep Satan crushed under our feet, so that he cannot capture people and harm the Church. Present to the Most High with yours and our prayers that the Divine Mercy descends upon us in abundance and that You could bind the dragon, the old serpent, Satan and throw him bound again into the abyss, from where he will no longer be able to seduce souls. Amen.
