Reading of the Holy Gospel of John
(Jh 16, 12-15)
At that time: Jesus said to his disciples:
“I still have a lot to tell you,
but now you can’t bear with it.
But when he comes – the Spirit of Truth –
it will guide you into all truth;
because it won’t speak on its own,
rather, he will speak what he hears
and he will announce to you what is coming.
He will celebrate me
because they will take from mine
and announce to you.
All that the Father has is mine.
That’s why I told you:
he takes from mine
and – he will announce to you.”
Word of God.
Look at those beauties… Look at your Grace… Look at those truths…
Can anyone ever announce what the Holy Spirit announces, beyond the Father and beyond the Son?! Nobody! Only the Holy Spirit will guide you to all Truth… and Truth is the Son, while the Goal is the Father of Eternity. Therefore, it remains for us to believe, to hope, and to love and serve, as the Son himself loved and served.
Thanks to the Holy Spirit, as well as the Annunciation of the Holy Spirit… we find out and are informed about what is coming. Precisely because of this, it is important… it is very important to know how to truly surrender to the Holy Spirit; how to truly listen to the Spirit of Wisdom and holy Prudence; how to truly hear that Truth and experience the Way…; how to truly live already now Life, already now to live that Eternity to which we are called to arrive one day… already now entering the depths of the Cross and Suffering… Pain, but also Joy…
He does not speak of himself… neither the Son, nor the Holy Spirit… but what is heard is said, and what is to come is announced, and that is important.
Pre-loved, the Bît of the Holy Trinity comes to the fore here.
The Triune God becomes important here, and therefore Triune Love. May the Trinity work in our homes, according to our business duties, and seal in our hearts all the Beauty and Mystery of holy Constancy.
Oh, Holy Trinity… Oh, Father, Son and Holy Spirit… allow this human race one more moment of worship to You, God… Allow the human race to truly turn to You, Triune God…
